Clear and Amber Mould Injection Vial for Antibiotics, USP Type II,III

Moulded Injection Vials, in conformity with USP type II, used for filling antibiotic injection powder and lyophilized powder, organisms preparations, etc. Its quality is up to SFDA and ISO standard, and its specification is from 5ml to 100ml. Our type II glass is a type III soda-lime glass which, with a special treatment on the process of the production of annealing, reaches the hydrolytic resistance complying with the requirements special for the classes of ISO4802-HC2. The production of which has passed the Certificate of Conformity of Product Quality.

Infusion Bottles: Made of type II glass which is a soda-lime glass with special treatment on the process of the production of annealing, and is suitable for containing aqueous injection solutions that have a neutral or acid PH

 

Amber Glass Bottle:

Our amber glass bottle corresponds to the light transmission limits stipulated in USP and BP not exceeding 10% between 290 and 450mm. It is used for filling oral liquid preparations, capsules tables and granules, etc. Its specification scope covers 20ml to 200ml. We also can customize the products according to the consumers’ requirements.

Ampoule & Tube Glassing

Our glass tubing is made of low borosilicate glass, which is characterized by a high degree of hydrolytic stability. Our Ampoule, made of the aforesaid tube (colorless), is with view of containing all those injection products with an acid, neutral or alkaline PH. Its specification scope covers 1ml, 2ml, 5ml, 10ml, only up to China National Standard GB2637-95.
